Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 21 days of receipt for a refund for the item, less the original delivery charge. All returns must be in their original condition with the pret a portobello tag in tact, and complete with all original packaging. Refunds cannot be given for pierced earrings, beauty products underwear or hosiery (unless it has not been opened).
The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer, however pretaportobello offers free UK exchanges for customers wishing to exchange an item for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability.
