About Kool Jewels

Kool Jewels is a diverse range of handmade jewellery. Their style fuses vintage, funky and kitsch incorporating beautiful beads, cute charms and other out-there pieces. Kool Jewels sells at regular craft markets in and around Glasgow.

Kool Jewels was born out of a childhood love for all things crafty and a teenage obsession with changing fashions.

Founded by identical twin sisters Julie & Michelle Phinn in 2007, Kool Jewels began by selling simple pieces to family & friends and have quickly established a varied client base throughout the UK and Europe.
Delivery & Returns

Orders are sent using UK Royal Mail. All orders require a signature on delivery.

For the UK
Saver delivery £3.25 (2-5 working days)
Guaranteed next working day £6.00 (for orders placed before 2pm)

For Europe
Standard: up to 3-5 working days £8.00

For USA and the rest of the world
Standard: up to 5-10 working days £12.00

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 21 days of receipt for a refund for the item, less the original delivery charge. All returns must be in their original condition with the pret a portobello tag in tact, and complete with all original packaging. Refunds cannot be given for pierced earrings, beauty products underwear or hosiery (unless it has not been opened).

The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer, however pretaportobello offers free UK exchanges for customers wishing to exchange an item for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability.
