Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 21 days of receipt for a refund for the item, less the original delivery charge. All returns must be in their original condition with the pret a portobello tag in tact, and complete with all original packaging. Refunds cannot be given for pierced earrings or underwear.
